I’m Darren Opicka, an IT professional in Unionville, Virginia, with around 30 years of experience keeping business and government environments running smoothly. I’ve led Microsoft 365, security, systems, and network operations as an IT Manager and IT Administrator, supporting teams from small offices up to more than 1,000 users.
I started It’s My IT Guy so homes and small to midsize businesses could get that same steady, senior‑level IT support without hiring a full internal department. Residential clients get patient, plain‑English help; commercial clients get practical Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity support with an eye on compliance.

I provide remote IT support to clients throughout Virginia, so your business can get help wherever you are in the state. For hands‑on work, I offer onsite visits in Orange, Culpeper, Fredericksburg, Louisa, and Stafford—covering home offices, small businesses, and local organizations that need a real person on‑site to solve problems.
